Privacy Policy
Primegix is a static website with no accounts, no database and no server that stores anything about you. This policy describes the small amount of data that is unavoidably involved in serving a web page, the data that stays on your own device, and the rights you have over both.
Who operates this site
primegix.com (“Primegix”, “we”, “us”) is operated by [COMPANY_NAME], a company registered in [JURISDICTION] under registration number [REGISTRATION_NUMBER], with its registered address at [COMPANY_ADDRESS].
For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR, [COMPANY_NAME] is the controller of any personal data processed through this site. You can reach us at [CONTACT_EMAIL].
Where a data protection officer or privacy representative has been appointed, they can be reached at [DPO_CONTACT]. If no such appointment has been made, this line is removed before publication rather than left as a placeholder.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the website at primegix.com and nothing else. It does not cover the casino operators and other third-party websites that our links point to. Once you follow a link out of Primegix you are on someone else’s site, under someone else’s privacy policy, and we have no control over and no visibility of what happens there.
Before you register, deposit or accept a bonus anywhere, read that operator’s own privacy policy and terms. They are the authority on their own service; we are not.
How the site works, and why that matters here
Primegix is a static website. Every page is a pre-built HTML file served from a content delivery network. There is no application server, no database, no user accounts, no login, no newsletter, no contact form and no comment system that transmits anything to us.
This is not a stylistic detail — it is the reason this policy is as short as it is. A site with no backend has nowhere to put your data even if it wanted to. The practical consequences:
- We do not ask you to create an account, and we could not store one if you tried.
- We do not collect your name, email address, date of birth, payment details or any gambling activity. We never see whether you registered with an operator, what you deposited, or what you won or lost.
- The reviews you write on this site are saved in your own browser and are never sent to us. See section 5.
- Filter selections you make on the offer lists are held in the page URL and in your browser’s memory for the length of your visit. They are not transmitted or stored by us.
What data is collected
Data you give us directly
The only way to send us personal data is to email us at [CONTACT_EMAIL]. If you do, we process the address you wrote from, your name if you include it, and whatever you put in the message — for the sole purpose of answering you. We do not add you to any mailing list.
Data collected automatically by our host
Serving a web page requires your device to make a request to a server, and that request necessarily includes your IP address. Our hosting and content delivery provider, [HOSTING_PROVIDER], records standard technical access information in order to deliver the site, keep it available and protect it from abuse. Typically this is:
- IP address (often truncated or hashed by the provider);
- date and time of the request and the page or file requested;
- HTTP status code and the volume of data transferred;
- browser user-agent string and, where sent by your browser, the referring page.
These logs are generated and held by the hosting provider under its own infrastructure practices, described at [HOSTING_PRIVACY_URL]. We do not use them to build profiles, we do not combine them with anything else, and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors from them.
Data stored on your own device
Reviews you submit are written to your browser’s local storage. This is data on your device, not data we hold. It is covered in full in the next section.
Special categories
We do not knowingly collect or process special categories of personal data (health, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, political opinions, biometric or genetic data), and we ask that you do not send any to us by email.
Reviews you write stay in your browser
Primegix lets you write a star rating and a review for any offer listed on the site. This works differently from almost every other review form you have used, and the difference is in your favour, so it is worth stating plainly:
Your review is saved only in your own web browser. It is never sent to Primegix, never stored on any server, and never shown to anyone else.
Concretely:
- The review is written to your browser’s localStorage under a key of the form
reviews:{slug}, where{slug}identifies the offer you reviewed. - Nothing leaves your device. There is no network request, no API, no database write and no third-party review service involved. We do not receive your rating, your text, or the fact that you wrote anything at all.
- The review is visible only to you, only in that browser, only on that device. It will not appear for another visitor, and it will not follow you to your phone if you wrote it on a laptop.
- If you clear your browsing data, use private or incognito mode, switch browsers, or your browser evicts storage to reclaim space, the review is gone permanently. We hold no copy and cannot restore it.
- Because we never receive it, we cannot moderate it, edit it, publish it or delete it. You are the only person who can. Clearing site data for primegix.com in your browser settings removes it immediately and completely.
Any name you type into the review form is stored the same way and shares the same fate. Even so, please do not enter your real full name, an email address, a phone number or anything else you would not want a person with physical access to your device to read.
Local storage of this kind is strictly necessary to provide a feature you explicitly asked for by submitting the form, and it holds no data we can access. It therefore does not require consent under the ePrivacy rules on storing information on a user’s device.
Affiliate clicks and partner identifiers
Primegix earns its revenue from affiliate commission. The links on our offer cards and review pages are affiliate links: they carry identifiers in the URL that tell the operator or its affiliate network that the visit came from us, so that any resulting registration can be attributed to Primegix. This is disclosed on every page of the site and in our Terms & Conditions.
What we can and cannot see
What we cannot see is more important than what we can. The outbound link is a plain hyperlink; the tracking happens after you leave. We do not run a click tracker on this site, so:
- We do not record which links you clicked, at what time, or in what order.
- We do not receive your identity, your account details, your deposits or your play from any operator.
- Affiliate networks report to us in aggregate — totals of clicks, registrations and commission. Those reports are statistics, not people, and they do not identify you.
What happens on the operator’s side
When you arrive at an operator through one of our links, that operator or its affiliate network will usually set a cookie or equivalent identifier on your device to remember where the referral came from, for a period they define. That processing is theirs, under their privacy policy, and you can exercise your rights over it with them directly. Your browser’s cookie controls apply to it in the normal way.
Commission never changes what you pay or what bonus you are offered — the offer is the operator’s, on the operator’s terms, whether you reach it through us or by typing their address yourself.
Analytics and measurement
No analytics or measurement tool is installed on this site at the date of this policy. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no heatmap or session-recording tool, no advertising pixel and no A/B testing framework. No JavaScript on this site sends information about your visit to any third party.
We would rather say that plainly than publish a policy describing tracking we do not do. If analytics is introduced later, this section will be rewritten before it goes live and will state:
- the provider and the product ([ANALYTICS_PROVIDER]), and where its own privacy information can be read;
- exactly what is collected, whether IP addresses are truncated, and whether any identifier is stored on your device;
- the legal basis, and — where the tool is not strictly necessary — a consent mechanism that asks you before it loads;
- the retention period and how to opt out.
The date at the top of this page tells you when this statement was last verified.
Legal bases for processing
Under Article 6 of the GDPR we rely on the following bases for the limited processing described above:
- Legitimate interests — Art. 6(1)(f)
- For the technical access logs kept by our hosting provider. Our interest is in delivering the site reliably, diagnosing faults and defending against attack and abuse. The data is minimal, it is not used to profile anyone, and a visitor would reasonably expect a web server to keep such records. You can object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your situation (see section 13).
- Legitimate interests — Art. 6(1)(f)
- For the aggregate affiliate reporting we receive from partners, which allows us to run the site as a business. It contains no personal data about you.
- Legitimate interests — Art. 6(1)(f)
- For answering an email you send us. Our interest, and yours, is in replying to your message.
- Legal obligation — Art. 6(1)(c)
- Where we are required to retain or disclose information to comply with law, a regulator or a valid court order.
- Consent — Art. 6(1)(a)
- Not currently relied on, because nothing on this site requires it. It would become relevant only if non-essential analytics or advertising technology were added, in which case we would ask you first and you could withdraw at any time.
The reviews held in your browser are not processed by us at all, so no legal basis arises for them. The storage itself is strictly necessary to deliver a function you requested.
Third parties and recipients
We keep the number of third parties to the minimum a website can operate with. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not trade it in any form.
- Hosting and content delivery
- [HOSTING_PROVIDER] stores and serves the site files and keeps the technical access logs described in section 4. It acts as our processor under a data processing agreement.
- Domain and email
- [EMAIL_PROVIDER] handles mail sent to our published address, and therefore processes any message you choose to send us.
- Casino operators and affiliate networks
- These receive nothing from us about you. They become relevant only once you click an outbound link and arrive on their site, at which point they are independent controllers of whatever they then collect.
- Fonts, scripts and media
- All typefaces, icons, scripts and images are bundled with the site and served from our own domain. The site makes no runtime request to any external host, so no third party learns your IP address simply because you loaded a page.
- Authorities
- We may disclose information where we are legally obliged to, or to establish or defend legal claims. We have very little to disclose.
How long data is kept
- Hosting access logs
- Retained by [HOSTING_PROVIDER] for [LOG_RETENTION_PERIOD], then deleted or anonymised under that provider’s standard practice.
- Email correspondence
- Kept for [EMAIL_RETENTION_PERIOD] after the matter is closed, so that we have a record of what was asked and answered, then deleted. Longer only where a legal claim or obligation requires it.
- Reviews in your browser
- Kept until you delete them. We hold no copy and set no expiry, because the data is not ours to retain or erase.
- Aggregate affiliate reporting
- Retained for accounting and tax purposes for the period required by the law of [JURISDICTION]. It contains no personal data.
International transfers
Our providers may store or process data outside the country you are in, including outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. Where that happens, the transfer is made under an appropriate safeguard recognised by Chapter V of the GDPR — usually the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, an adequacy decision, or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where UK data is involved.
The specific hosting region in use is [HOSTING_REGION]. To request a copy of the safeguards relied on, write to [CONTACT_EMAIL].
Note that reviews stored in your browser are never transferred anywhere, because they never leave your device.
Your rights under the GDPR
If you are in the EEA or the UK, the GDPR gives you the following rights over personal data we hold about you. Similar rights exist under many other privacy laws, and we apply this section to everyone regardless of where they are.
- Access — Art. 15
- You can ask whether we hold personal data about you and, if so, receive a copy of it together with an explanation of what it is used for, who receives it and how long it is kept.
- Rectification — Art. 16
- You can have inaccurate data corrected and incomplete data completed.
- Erasure — Art. 17
- You can ask us to delete personal data where it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, where you have withdrawn the consent it rested on, or where you have successfully objected to the processing. In practice this normally means deleting an email thread.
- Restriction — Art. 18
- You can ask us to pause processing while a dispute about accuracy or about our legitimate interests is resolved.
- Objection — Art. 21
- Where we rely on legitimate interests, you can object on grounds relating to your particular situation, and we will stop unless we can show compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests. You can object to direct marketing at any time and without giving a reason — although we do not carry out any.
- Portability — Art. 20
- Where processing is based on consent or a contract and is carried out by automated means, you can receive the data you provided in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and have it sent to another controller where technically feasible.
- Withdrawal of consent — Art. 7(3)
- Where we ever rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew.
- Complaint — Art. 77
- You can complain to your local data protection supervisory authority. Ours is [SUPERVISORY_AUTHORITY]. We would appreciate the chance to resolve the matter first, but you are not obliged to come to us before going to them.
How to exercise your rights
Write to [CONTACT_EMAIL] and tell us what you want. We respond within one month, extendable by two further months for complex requests, in which case we will tell you within the first month. There is no charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
Please be realistic about what we can find. We hold no accounts and no visitor records, so unless you have emailed us there is generally nothing to retrieve. We will not ask for extra identifying information for the sole purpose of matching you against records we do not have — under Article 11 of the GDPR we may explain that we are not in a position to identify you.
Your reviews: you already hold the controls
For reviews saved in your browser there is no request to make and no waiting period. Deleting your site data for primegix.com in your browser settings erases them at once. We cannot do it for you, because we never had them.
Age restriction and minors
Primegix is intended for adults only. The site is not directed at children, and you must be at least 18 years old — or older, where the jurisdiction you are in sets a higher minimum age for gambling, which in some territories is 21 — to use it or to follow any offer link from it.
Nothing on this site is designed to appeal to minors: there are no cartoon characters, no games, no toys, no youth-oriented imagery and no messaging aimed at anyone under the legal age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
If you believe a minor has sent us personal data, contact [CONTACT_EMAIL] and we will delete it. Parents and guardians who want to restrict access to gambling-related sites can use filtering tools such as those listed on BeGambleAware.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Because it is static and has no database, no login and no server-side code, the usual routes to a data breach — a compromised account, an injected query, a leaked backup — do not exist here. There is no store of visitor data to steal.
Data held on your device is protected by your device and your browser. If you share a computer, clearing site data for primegix.com after your visit will remove the reviews you wrote.
Email correspondence is protected by the access controls of [EMAIL_PROVIDER] and by our internal practice of limiting access to the people who need it. No transmission over the internet is ever completely secure; please do not email us anything sensitive.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the site changes or when the law does. The date at the top of the page always shows when the current version was issued, and the version number changes with it.
If a change is significant — in particular if measurement or tracking of any kind is introduced — we will make it visible on the site rather than quietly editing this page, and where consent is required we will ask for it before the technology loads. Previous versions are available on request from [CONTACT_EMAIL].
