Terms & Conditions
Primegix compares casino bonus offers and sends you to the operators that run them. We are an information resource, not a gambling company. These Terms explain what that means for you: how we earn money, why you must always check a bonus on the operator’s own site, and where the limits of our responsibility sit.
About these Terms
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the website at primegix.com and everything published on it. By browsing the site, using its filters, opening an offer, writing a review or following a link to a casino operator, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
These Terms are a contract about the use of a website. They are not a gambling contract, and they give you no rights against any casino operator. Your relationship with an operator is governed exclusively by that operator’s own terms, which you accept on their site.
Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and explains how data is handled.
Who operates this site
primegix.com is operated by [COMPANY_NAME], registered in [JURISDICTION] under number [REGISTRATION_NUMBER], with its registered address at [COMPANY_ADDRESS]. In these Terms, “Primegix”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company. “You” means the person using the site.
You can reach us at [CONTACT_EMAIL].
What Primegix is — and what it is not
Primegix is an independent information and comparison resource covering online casino bonus offers. We describe offers, set out their published terms as we understand them, and link to the operators that provide them.
Primegix is not a gambling operator. We do not accept bets or wagers, we do not take deposits, we do not hold player funds, we do not operate any game, and we do not pay out winnings. We hold no gambling licence because we carry on no gambling activity.
Specifically, and to remove any doubt:
- You cannot open an account with us. The site has no login, no registration and no user profiles.
- No money can be paid to or received from Primegix through this site. There is no cashier, no payment form and no wallet.
- We are not an agent of any operator and cannot act for you in a dispute. We cannot credit a bonus, unlock a withdrawal, verify an account, reverse a self-exclusion or influence any decision an operator makes about you.
- Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation to gamble. Gambling is entertainment that costs money; it is not a way to earn income. We make no promise, prediction or guarantee about winnings, returns or outcomes, and any claim of that kind found on this site is an error we would like reported.
Affiliate disclosure
Primegix is an affiliate website. The outbound links on our offer cards and review pages are affiliate links, and we earn a commission when a visitor registers or deposits with an operator after following one.
Commission is how the site is paid for. It is usually a share of the operator’s net revenue, a fixed fee per registered player, or a combination of the two, agreed between us and the operator or its affiliate network. Outbound links carry a partner identifier so the referral can be attributed to us, and they are marked in the page source as rel="nofollow sponsored".
What this does and does not mean for you:
- It costs you nothing. You get exactly the same offer, on exactly the same terms, whether you arrive through Primegix or type the operator’s address into your browser yourself. Commission is paid by the operator out of its own revenue.
- It is a commercial relationship, and you should read us with that in mind. We list operators we have an agreement with. There will be reputable casinos we do not cover, and their absence is not a judgement about them.
- It does not buy a rating. Ratings come from a fixed published method, described in the next section. No operator can pay for a score, and no operator is given approval of the text we write about it before publication.
- Cons stay in. Where our research finds a genuine drawback — heavy wagering, a slow payout, a restrictive bonus term — it is published even where the operator is a commercial partner.
This disclosure is repeated in the footer of every page of the site so that it is visible wherever you are reading.
Bonus information: no warranty of accuracy
We research every offer against the operator’s own published material — its promotions page, its bonus terms, its payments and providers pages — and we record the date each figure was checked. Every review page shows a “Terms last checked” date so you can judge how fresh the information is.
Even so, the operator’s own terms are the only authority. Bonus terms change without notice, and an offer can be amended, restricted or withdrawn at any moment. Always read the full terms on the operator’s site before you deposit or claim anything.
Accordingly, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the information on this site is provided “as is” and we give no warranty that it is accurate, complete or current. In particular we do not warrant that:
- a bonus described here is still available, or available to you, or available in your country;
- the wagering requirement, minimum deposit, maximum bonus, free-spin count, bonus code, expiry period, minimum withdrawal or payout time shown here still matches the operator’s current terms;
- a game, a provider or a payment method listed here is still offered by that operator, or offered in your market;
- a licence detail remains valid — licences are granted, varied and revoked by regulators, not by us.
Where a field could not be verified from an operator-owned source, we leave it out rather than estimate it. An empty block on a review page means “not verified”, not “nothing to report”.
If you find something on this site that is wrong or out of date, please tell us at [CONTACT_EMAIL] and we will check it and correct it.
How ratings and rankings are produced
Every offer carries a numerical rating. Ratings are calculated from a single documented rubric that is applied identically to every operator on the site — the same inputs, the same weights, in the same way — and the rubric is published so you can see what the number is made of. It is not assigned by hand, brand by brand.
A rating is an opinion formed from verified facts. It is not a prediction of your experience, a guarantee of an operator’s conduct, or a statement that one casino is safe and another is not. Two operators with the same score can suit very different players. Read the pros, the cons and the bonus terms rather than the number alone.
The order in which offers appear on a list page depends on the sort and filters you have chosen. Where a default order applies, it is stated on the page. Commercial terms do not create a hidden ranking factor.
Eligibility, age and jurisdiction
By using this site you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old, or older where the law of the place you are in sets a higher minimum age for gambling — 21 in a number of jurisdictions, including several US states and other territories. Where the two differ, the higher age applies to you;
- online gambling, and accessing information about it, is lawful in the country and any state, province or region you are in;
- you are not excluded from gambling — whether by a self-exclusion scheme, an operator’s decision, a regulator, a court order or any other restriction;
- you are acting for yourself and not on behalf of anyone else.
Gambling law differs from country to country and often within a country. It is your responsibility to know the rules that apply where you are; we cannot advise you on them and we do not verify your age, identity or location. Operators perform their own age and identity verification when you register, and they may refuse or close an account on that basis.
The site is not directed at anyone under the legal minimum age. Nothing in its design, copy or imagery is intended to appeal to minors. Section 15 lists independent organisations that help with gambling harm, including tools parents can use to restrict access.
Country availability of offers
Each offer page lists the countries in which the offer is available. That list is supplied to us by the operator or its affiliate programme; it is not a legal opinion and it is not a statement that gambling is lawful for you where you are.
We publish the list exactly as it is given to us. We do not extend it, guess at neighbouring markets, or add countries where an offer looks as though it might be available. A country that is missing from a list is missing on purpose.
The operator makes the final decision. It may refuse a registration, decline a bonus or close an account based on your location, your payment method, its licence conditions or its own commercial policy — including in a country listed here. Check the operator’s terms before you deposit.
User reviews and moderation
You can leave a star rating and a written review for any offer on the site. The way this works is unusual and you should understand it before you type anything:
Your review is saved only in your own browser, under the storage key reviews:{slug}. It is never sent to Primegix, never stored on any server, and never published to anyone else. It is visible only to you, only in that browser, only on that device.
The consequences follow directly from that:
- Nothing you write is published. Other visitors will never see it. If you are writing in order to warn other players, this is not the place — the review form is a personal note to yourself, and you should raise the issue with the operator, its licensing regulator or an alternative dispute resolution provider.
- We cannot moderate what we never receive. There is no submission queue, no approval step and no moderator, because no submission reaches us. Any rules below are therefore rules for you and for a future version of this feature, not a promise of oversight.
- We cannot delete or restore it. Only you can. Clearing site data for primegix.com removes your reviews permanently; so, on some devices, does using private browsing, switching browsers or letting the browser reclaim storage space. Keep a copy elsewhere if a review matters to you.
- Do not enter personal data. A first name or a nickname is enough. Do not type an email address, a phone number, an account number or anything you would not want a person with access to your device to read.
Rules for reviews
If we ever introduce a review system that transmits and publishes submissions — which would be announced on the site and reflected in an updated Privacy Policy — the following rules would apply from the moment it launched, and we ask you to follow them now in any case. A review must not:
- be false, misleading, or written about an operator you have not used;
- be paid for, incentivised, or submitted on behalf of an operator or a competitor;
- be unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, discriminatory or threatening;
- contain another person’s personal data, or your own account credentials;
- infringe anyone’s intellectual property, or reproduce text from another site;
- contain advertising, referral or affiliate links, spam or automated submissions;
- encourage anyone under the legal minimum age to gamble, or suggest that gambling is a way to make money or solve financial problems.
Under such a system we would be entitled to refuse, edit or remove any submission at our discretion and without notice, particularly where it breaks these rules or where we cannot verify it. Published reviews would be the opinions of the people who wrote them and not those of Primegix, and by submitting one you would grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it in connection with the site. None of that applies to reviews stored on your own device, over which we have no rights at all because we never hold them.
Acceptable use of the site
You may read, print and share the pages of this site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- scrape, crawl, harvest or systematically copy the content, data files or structure of the site, or use it to train a model or build a competing database, without our written permission;
- republish substantial parts of our reviews, descriptions, pros and cons lists or ratings elsewhere, with or without attribution;
- interfere with the site’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, or introduce malicious code;
- misrepresent your relationship with Primegix, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership that does not exist;
- use the site for any unlawful purpose.
We may restrict or block access where we reasonably believe these rules are being broken.
Intellectual property
The design, layout, code, editorial text, review structure, rating method and original graphics of this site are owned by [COMPANY_NAME] or licensed to it, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The names, logos, trade marks and brand assets of the casino operators listed on this site belong to their respective owners. They are reproduced here for the purpose of identifying the operator being described — nominative use — and their appearance does not imply that the operator endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with Primegix beyond the commercial referral relationship disclosed in section 4. Any operator who would like its material removed or corrected can write to [CONTACT_EMAIL].
Typefaces, icons and other third-party assets used on the site are used under their respective licences.
If you believe anything on this site infringes your rights, contact [CONTACT_EMAIL] with a description of the material, its location on the site, and the basis of your claim. We will investigate promptly.
Third-party sites and links
This site exists to link to other websites, so this section matters. Every outbound link takes you to a service that we do not own, operate or control.
- We are not responsible for the content, terms, promotions, security, payment handling, customer service, licensing or lawfulness of any linked site.
- A link is not an endorsement or a guarantee of quality, solvency or fair treatment.
- Once you leave primegix.com, that site’s terms and privacy policy apply to you, not ours. Read them.
- Any dispute about an account, a bonus, a verification check or a withdrawal is between you and the operator. Escalate it to the operator’s support, then to its licensing regulator or its alternative dispute resolution provider. We have no authority to intervene and no access to any operator’s systems.
Links to support organisations in section 15 are provided for your benefit and are likewise outside our control.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, currency, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, [COMPANY_NAME], its directors, employees and contractors will not be liable for:
- any gambling losses you incur, at any operator, in any circumstances. Gambling losses are the ordinary and expected outcome of gambling and are yours alone;
- any loss arising from a bonus term that differed from what was published here, from an offer that had changed or been withdrawn, or from an offer that was not available to you;
- any act or omission of a casino operator, payment provider or affiliate network — including a refused registration, a closed account, a declined bonus, a delayed or refused withdrawal, or an operator ceasing to trade;
- loss of a review or other data stored in your browser, for the reasons set out in section 9;
- indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, however arising.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the site and these Terms is limited to [LIABILITY_CAP].
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. If you are a consumer, you keep all mandatory statutory rights available to you in your country of residence, and nothing here affects them.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless [COMPANY_NAME] against any claim, demand, loss or reasonable cost arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your infringement of the rights of any third party. This does not apply to the extent the claim results from our own breach or negligence, and it does not apply where you are acting as a consumer and local law does not permit it.
Responsible gambling
Gambling should be entertainment you can afford, not a source of income and not a way out of a financial problem. The odds favour the operator over time; the sensible assumption is that money staked is money spent.
Practical rules worth keeping:
- Decide a budget before you play, and treat it as spent.
- Never gamble with money you need for something else, and never borrow to gamble.
- Do not chase losses. A bonus does not make a loss recoverable — wagering requirements exist precisely because it does not.
- Set deposit, loss, wager and time limits with the operator, and use reality checks.
- Take breaks. Do not gamble when stressed, upset or drinking.
- Use time-out and self-exclusion tools if you need them. Reputable operators are required to provide them.

Availability and changes to the site
We aim to keep the site available but we do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend, restrict or withdraw any part of it — a page, an offer, a filter, a feature — at any time and without notice, including for maintenance or because an operator relationship has ended.
Offers are added and removed as agreements and markets change. The removal of an operator from this site is not a statement about that operator.
Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time. The current version always carries the date and version number shown at the top of this page, and it takes effect when published. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the amended Terms.
Where a change is material we will make it visible on the site rather than quietly editing this page. Earlier versions are available on request from [CONTACT_EMAIL].
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of the site, are governed by the law of [JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
The courts of [COURTS_LOCATION] have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your own courts and to the protection of your own mandatory consumer law, that right is unaffected.
General provisions
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it is severed and the remaining provisions continue in force.
- No waiver. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it or of any other provision.
- Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the use of this site, and replace any earlier understanding about it.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours to a successor of our business, provided your rights are not reduced.
- No third-party rights. No one other than you and us has any right to enforce these Terms.
- Language. The English version of these Terms is the operative one. Any translation is provided for convenience only.
